DESCRIPTION
The course included 20+ topics with live online instruction, Q&A and project assignments, students will learn the essentials of Python, one of the most popular languages in the industry today. Along the way, you'll have the chance to work on fun projects that get you to think like a programmer. If you've never written code before, Python is a great language to start with!
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Fundamentals of Python (input/output, data types, variables, functions, control flow, classes, modules), good programming practices, problem-solving skills, and more. Advanced students will be introduced to test-driven development and real-world applications like web scraping.
WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR
Recommended to be 5th grade and up. Basic knowledge of arithmetic is assumed.
REQUIREMENTS
1). Windows, MacOS
2). Computer with webcam
3). Visual Studio Code is installed and used in the course. Student also need to signup ""Learn to Code with Python"" from Udemy as our classroom supplementary material. "
PREREQUISITES
No coding experience is necessary to take this course!
A basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR
James is a college freshman who has taught JavaScript, Python, and Scratch programming classes to younger kids for three years. He also loves to program in his free time.
